Andrew Sokoly is a 2007 graduate of Indiana University and a 2010 graduate of the University of Michigan’s Gerald R. Ford School of Public Policy.  This will be his fifth fabulous year with Summer in the City.  In his spare time, Andrew obsessively organizes his Motown collection, watches 30 Rock and plays soccer (2010 U of M Intramural Indoor Champs, What?! What?!).
